We understand that buying online is convenient however it doesn’t give you the chance to try things on first and sometimes items just don’t fit or suit you. We suggest if you are unsure of sizes or styles please feel free to order 2 sizes or 2 styles and return the unwanted item for a refund. We offer a ‘no hassles’ return and refund policy. You may return the items bought online at full price within 10 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange if preferred. Please note that shipping costs are non refundable.
Sale and Outlet items can only be returned for a credit note that is valid for 6 months.
Exchanges If you would like to exchange an item - it is a good idea to drop us an e-mail or phone call to let us know what item you are after including the style number, color and size you would like so that we can put it on hold for you. The last thing we want is for it to sell out before your return arrives! How do I return an Item ? The cost of return postage and the cost of sending of the replacement item is your responsibility. The most convenient way is to include a prepaid satchel with your item for exchange. If a prepaid satchel is not included we will invoice you for the cost of the return postage and hold your items until this is paid. We suggest returning goods via registered mail to ensure their safety as we do not take responsibility for goods lost in transit. All returned items must be returned with any original tags attached, unworn, unwashed and in the exact condition it was delivered within 7 days of the return request. Any failure to return the good/s in this required condition & time frame will result in the item/s being sent back and the returns policy will be void. Items for return should be kept in a smoke-free environment as returns will be refused on items that are returned smelling of tobacco smoke. Any items smelling strongly of perfume, deodorants or similar will also be refused.
